Terrible Customer Service. I had to cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing it based upon a corporate decision not to use a neon sign, and they've refused to refund my card even though NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE on the order!! Says they're available 24/7 but really that means a voicemail. Even if I still needed the order, I'd refuse to use them in the future.

The business is not set up for detail-oriented work. Don't suggest if you need a custom neon in a time-sensitive manner, or if your project is anything other than a basic word or logo. Paid a substantial upcharge to land two large signs in-time for a commercial project and the package was lost by UPS. We were on hold for nearly two weeks per company policy for their approval for their vendor to remake the signs, which finally arrived about a month later and were incorrect. Thats 3 months in all, plus we need to rework/remake the signs at our cost, with a new vendor. I'm giving two stars because 3 other signs we made are correct and look good, however unless you specify where you need the power cords to exit, they will pop out at strange locations all over your sign and are visible behind, a detail that should be explained to the customer. In a nutshell : If you have a basic neon word then yes, great choice. Anything else, buyer beware.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Shelby was amazing to work with. Sent a picture of my companys logo and absolutely nailed the design on the first go around. It was extremely cost effective and more affordable to get a custom sign than to get something random or generic. It comes with a remote to turn on and off and change the brightness. Also comes with a super long clean cord and screws to easily hang up on the wall. Would absolutely order again and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Have bought 3 signs over the last year or so..... one for myself and 2 as gifts. Last one was a 2 piece sign for amazing friends.... sign was shipped without all the hardware and chrome spacers. Contacted them only to be told to simply by my own screws ( have emails saved of conversation with Mo Bouayad ) After repeating myself in several messages stating the spacers is what I really need...screws i can buy...shouldnt have to since the sign was already expensive but was then told to source them on Amazon and buy them myself. What a joke.... garbage customer service from a company who I liked very much before this. Tried to contact customer service number also but the number goes nowhere. Thanks for nothing.
