Hello Sandra, I want to apologize for for the delayed response from me regarding this issue as well as the content of this review. There is no excuse for not following through with your free estimate especially since you reached out a few times. I do however need to explain to those reading your review that we are a small company and everyone who works for us is as close a blood related family. We had a tragic death of a child that took us off our game for a few weeks so I certainly hope you understand how such an event could cause a disruption to our company. Since your review, we have implemented a checks and balances process to insure this type of thing doesn't happen in the future although no matter what processes you have in place personal tragedies can be hard to overcome. I also understand you were contacted by my project manager after the delay and were provided an estimate and your husband and him had multiple dialogs regarding details of your project. I don't expect you to update your review as we are guilty as charged but I do hope you have it in your heart to understand the circumstances surrounding this event. Thank your for your consideration.

Had these guys come out and to measure and give a quote for a new outdoor patio cover to large home. Said they would have the quote by "Friday". Friday passed and no quote. Husband emailed them the next week asking if we could get the quote. No response. We have now had TWO Fridays pass and not a peep, quote, or response to email. If you have to chase these guys to get a quote, I would hate to see what it is like to chase them to get the job done. I loved them when they came out, not impressed. If they did not want my job they could have saved us the time. will never use or recommend.

Hello Ted. Just to keep this review accurate, Austin did provide Christy Clark, I believe is your wife, an estimate. I do know it took more time than he expected it to take. I think it is important for all who read this review to understand what our Project Managers (PMs) go through daily and hopefully should shed some light on this issue. To start, we receive over 300 inquiries per month or 10 a day from our website alone. We have 4 project managers like Austin to handle the demand. That is an average of 2.5 calls a day per PM. Each inquiry triggers a free onsite consultation which takes an average of 2 hours counting the drive time. Each estimate takes about an hour to calculate and send out. Just for the calls and estimates, comes to 7.5 hours per day per PM. Not only do our PMs do their own estimates and consultations they do their own designs. A design can take 2 to 3 hours consecutively. Now it must be mentioned each PM manages their construction projects which requires a lot of onsite visits with our trades as well as customers. So, you might be asking, How do they find the time to do all that. We all work 7 days a week and no less than 12 hours a day. Also to be fair, not all inquiries are valid so let us just say about 80% of them are valid. That is still over 6 hours a day required to handle Estimates. Our PMs are managing no less than 3 jobs at a time and designing 2 to 3 projects a week. It is incredibly challenging to stay on top of the demand and we do get behind. All-in-all, Austin and my staff do a hell of a job as you can see by our over 100, 5-Star reviews. However, I am sorry Austin did not get your estimate out in the amount of time he thought he could. I will make sure he does not promise anything he cannot deliver in the future.

Austin came to our home March 24, 2021. Was very accommodating and we enjoyed his time with us. He informed us he would get back to us in a week with a backyard patio design. Sadly, he never did..despite a phone call and 2 emails. I We were ghosted by this company. It's a shame.

I have had some horrible experiences with general contractors so I was a little weary going into this project. However, this time around I am relieved to say that Bobby and his team exceeded my expectations. I am huge on communication and they knocked it out of the park in that department. There was one instance where I could tell we would be a day behind based on the progress made thus far and before I could even reach out to ask about it, Bobby had beat me to the punch and sent me a text to communicate what was going on. The fact the he was on top of it meant so much more to me than them needing to take an extra day. At the end of it all the quality is exceptional and I am very pleased with the entire process. Top notch company ran by a top notch family.

5 years ago i read a lot of these reviews and actually watched them build a nearby neighbors patio. Got a quote and was shocked at the cost. Please don't stop reading just yet. I'll sum it up... I decided to out source different contractors and do it piece by piece. What a mistake! It took three times just to get concrete right. Well so we thought. I reached out to contractors for help and got estimates. Then i remembered Bobby and Zack. We had saved up by this time and knew what they quoted 5yrs back. Guess what concrete still wasn't right. Now im out $$$$$ but Bobby still took on the project. Moral of story.... You get what you pay for. Our patio is awesome and Bobby runs a tight ship with his crew. Call them if you want quality!!!!
