I had an appointment today, Jan 15th, with Guillermo and no one bothered to show up. I called Guillermo, I called the company and no one responded. Two hours later Guillermo calls and tries to give a sorry explanation for why he did not show up. He lied and said that he called me the day before the appointment. I told him that I had no missed call. He said the call did not go through. When I asked why he did not leave a voicemail, he could not answer my question. He could not answer why he did not respond to my phone call and text messages that I sent him the day of my appointment. He did not apologize. He was abrasive and defensive and took no responsibility for his actions. Instead he tried to cover his lack of professionalism with lies. If a sales rep can't be professional enough to arrive at an appointment then this speaks volumes about how unprofessional this company is. I am appalled that no one from this company has reached out to apologize for this behavior. I will use a competitor that actually knows how to show up at an appointment and be professional!

From day one Guillermo worked with us every step of the way to come up with a closet design that would work well for our needs. His pricing and timeline of installation was the most competitive I found. The install crew was right on time, professional and did a phenomenal job! I couldnt be happier with the outcome; I was almost in happy tears of how great our closet turned out. Closet renovation. Guillermo was on point. He was very professional. He also listened to what I wanted and offer his expertise on how I can get the most space from my closet. I love my closet. He did an awesome job given the small amount of space he had to use. Will definitely recommend him.
