Lets start this by reminding you of our body piercing booking policy: Our Booking Policy Please be Aware that if you do not turn up you will be charged a 10 cancellation fee. You can cancel your appointment with 24h notice free of charge. You have to be OVER 16 years old and provide a valid ID. All deposits are Non refundable. ___________________________________ When you enter our online booking system the Booking policy is shown to you and you have to agree to it to be able to proceed with your booking, it clearly states that you have to be over 16 years old and have to provide a valid ID. Before your appointment is submitted the booking policy is once again shown to you. After this is done an automated email is sent to the email address provided confirming the booking was submitted. You have booked an appointment under your name but it was actually for your 13 year old daughter, we are not allowed to pierce anyone under the age of 16 years old. Camden council does not accept parental consent and you can only get pierced by a professional piercer if you are over 16, our staff explained this to you and as we are an appointment based studio we have limited slots available, youve been told that you would be liable for a 10 cancellation fee as per terms and conditions, initially you agreed to pay the cancellation and left the studio. You then came back to confront our staff asking for the 10 back and youve been told this wouldnt be possible as this was your mistake and the rules are the same for everyone. You stayed at the studio for over an hour constantly demanding your 10 back, shouting, calling the staff names and trying to interfere with the work flow as there were other customers at the studio trying to get their procedures done. This incident was captured in full by our CCTV system. We provide services that we are licensed for to people who provide their ID to prove they are over 16/18 years old. You booked an appointment and showed up with a minor and asked us to pierce her, we are not allowed to do so, its the same as booking a table at a pub and show up with a child and ask them to serve the child some alcohol, they wouldnt be able to serve you. We are proud of our work, we love what we do and we are good at what we do, this is not the kind of interaction we expect from people. When you left the shop you said: I hope your business goes down Weve been open for 25 years, survived a pandemic and we have many loyal customers that been with us for many years and will be with us for many years to come.

Really disappointing experience topped by atrocious, aggressive staff. I write as a parent. This business did not return the 10 inconvenience fee I paid in good faith because I genuinely thought Id made a mistake not understanding that it is illegal for under 16s to get a piercing. But their online system only states that under 16s cannot make a booking/appointment. To be clear, it should state that under 16's cannot get piercings at all. It is also confusing because it is quite common In London for under 16s to have pierced ear lobes. I realised, as I left the shop, having paid the 10 charge, that I had a confirmation email from them with the details of my booking, made more than ten days before. In the confirmation is my request that I was making the booking as a special birthday treat for my 13 year-old to have her ear lobes pierced. I asked the staff, Ricky and Lee, why they did not contact me to tell me the appointment could not be fulfilled due to my daughter being under 16. I showed them their own confirmation email. They completely side-stepped this and kept repeating that it's "only a booking confirmation". They could have just owned up or even shared the responsibility but they became rude and very defensive. At my insistence that they return my money, 10, Lee made fun of me and said "Oh it's such a fortune!" They resorted to a personal attack on me and said they would not return the money. They said I was embarrassing my daughter and that I was a terrible mother. Really awful experience. Awful people. Worst example of people who think being belligerent is the answer. Their tattoos may be good but they are crooks. They ask everyone to pay via bank transfer in the shop - be careful.

Hi, You booked in for a minimum charge tattoo (50) with one of our artists without a previous consultation. Our booking system team have contacted you to pay the deposit and you requested a price, they have told you that you should have a consultation with the artist prior to booking your appointment so you know what to book for. You have messaged our team on Instagram and we have told you the tattoo would cost you 150. You assumed that your tattoo was going to cost you the minimum charge (palm size fine line tattoo) without checking with the studio, on the booking system it clearly states that you should book a consultation first if youre not sure about the tattoo value, unfortunately you did not take the time to read the information and then decided to blame us. We understand you were not happy with the value but thats how much we charge for that kind of work. Because you couldnt get the price you wanted (50) youve decided to leave a bad review. Anyway, we wish you the best. ( Edit: We did check the Instagram conversation and no one was ever rude to you. You are the one insulting us by calling us ignorant. Anyway, We hope you find the right place for you to get your tattoo. )

Myself and two family members are travelling to london at the weekend and had searched for the best tattoo place to book into! We booked here via their online booking system- where it does not mention getting a consultation first My SIL messaged a picture of what she was looking for and the response was so rude. The attitude of whoever is responding to Instagram messages is disgusting so rude and ignorant. You have now lost out on 3 tattoos on Friday as a result of ignorance and bad manners. I obviously cant comment on tattoo quality etc which from pics Im sure is great however your customer service is very poor My complaint is not the price. Its the attitude of ur customer service team, the attitude from the minute I messaged on Instagram making a mistake of dates was just ignorant. And actually I never sent an image of tattoo and was never given a price my SIL was. Your attitude towards me was bad enough never mind towards my SIL hence the bad reviewnot the price!
