Hi Jai Have tried calling a few times and have not been able to get through, if you are reading this feel free to give us a call and we can work something out as we would like to make your experience here a good one. Your booking was finished close to 5 months ago. I do understand you may have been frustrated with us but we would have been very open to a call at anytime. Just a few things I want to point out which I already discussed with you. - When we do cam jobs, we ALWAYS replace the spark plugs. They are 100% free, we don't charge for them so it is irrelevant if you already had spark plugs changed 20,000kms ago. If the car goes up on the dyno and it starts misfiring it is a headache letting the car cool down to replace the spark plugs, we don't like charging customers for extra tuning time so this is very easy to do. - This was also the exact reason we replaced your spark plug leads. We didn't break them on purpose, when we pulled them off they frayed/decayed/broke in our hands. They are a consumable item just like spark plugs and there is no way they would have lived up to the demands of a hotted up LS motor on the dyno at the age and condition they were in. The charge was very reasonable at $70 for these instead of RRP $160 with labour. We tried looking after you. This is mentioned on the website as well. - We also didn't break your radiator, unfortunately when these plastic radiators age, the plastic becomes brittle around the radiator outlet pipe, when you pull the pipe off the pressure is no longer present and you get pieces of plastic that come out with it, it's a very bad design from Holden and if you speak to any LS mechanic they will tell you the same thing, we did mention this when pulling it apart but we were told to leave it alone. - Looking over the phone logs we had more than 15 detailed calls with you. We do miss calls occasionally but we did call you back. - In regards to the time frame there were a few issues with your car that pushed back the date of pickup. I do apologise it took longer than usual, we don't carry radiators in stock and there were extreme shipping delays in the middle of the second lockdown last year. - In regards to the radiator cap, the radiator did not come with a rad cap, hence the charge. - You also had a rear main seal leak which we told you needed fixing (we didn't pull the engine out so it's nothing something we've touched) and you were leaking an unhealthy amount of oil on the ground. When you came back for these diagnostics we didn't charge you for it either. - Lastly I personally did check the oil level when you came back and it was half way on the dipstick, it didn't need filling up. I even told you this on the day. You really need to get the rear main seal fixed as a priority. Please give us a call back when you can. Kind regards Revhigh!

Took my car here for cam package was advised it should take 4-5 days which ended up taking a month, very unprofessional barely answered the phone and could barely get a proper response they broke spark plug leads that i was told they would pay for which i ended up paying for, didnt clean any of the old oil off the rocker covers sump timing case which they told me they would, i had also told them i just put new spark plugs in and to put the spark plugs they included in the package in the car which they did not, ended up poping off a hose during road test which i ended up having to pay for new radiator and cap, only for a couple weeks later to be having overheating issues which they said it was the radiator cap which was supposed to be replaced with the radiator thats more money out of pocket i spent, i asked them to top up oil with oil i supplied while in for radiator cap and they couldnt even do that, overall i am happy with the cam packages but very very unprofessional no communication and listening skills

Hi Kaleb, Peter or whatever alias you are using. We don't sell reconditioned motors, never have, never will. You can edit your review 100 times, it's not something we do. We've also never had a mechanic called Michael working here. We have had no one with your name contact us via email or phone number. We had a customer by the name of Peter L. have timing chains installed back in 2018, but yet again we have had no one contact us about it since then. More than likely had work done elsewhere now the blame is being shifted to us. There are a bunch of companies that do reco engines that may have used our parts and I gave you some suggestions. Chase them up and see how you go or better yet dig up the invoice and get in contact with them that way. Wish you the best of luck. Kind regards Revhigh

Took my car in to get a engine replacement was advised that they had a fully reconditioned engine that they would install for the same price as a second hand engine due to another custom changing his mind was told it would take a month at the latest ends up taking 3-4 months to get it installed and after install constantly had problems with it called and emailed but could never get a response took it to another mechanic who advised me that the engine installed was definitely not a reconditioned engine and that all the issues I was experiencing should never happen on a reconditioned engine highly disappointed would not recommend stay well away there always around to take your money but never around to help. Edit: Since I cant reply to that response you did sell me a reco motor job would be under the name Peter Larkin rego was 1BV6BB Grey VE wagon my car is in the background of one of ur YouTube videos, if you claim you dont sell reco motors then what was I sold $4000 is a lot of money to purchase something under the impression it is what it is and to find out that its not what your saying it is very disappointing considering your supposed to be a reputable business, I would hate to know how many other people are in a similar situation to me as Ive already seen a few reviews all pointing in the same direction. Second edit: Received a private message nothing more than a handball off to another person, your business sold me the reco not him I dealt with Michael ur mechanic for the sake of the reco so if its not ur business selling recos why wasnt I informed that it would be from another business dont tell me youve got one in the shop that another customer has pulled out of when a matter of fact you clearly getting it done at another business, I dont even believe that at this point Im out of pocket a timing chain, 2 engines and ridiculous amounts of oil due to ur poorly run business. Im glad I decide to name and shame and no this will not be taken down.

Very happy with the pricing, service and outcome of the street dominator package! I am really not quite sure and ask them what's the best way to have these upgrades. I optioned a few extras and the communication was awesome. Thanks guys

Brought a VZ V6 timing chain kit. There kits included a few exhaust items such gaskets, seals which other suppliers didn't supply and was at a great price with postage. Overall Great products, great price, easy to use website with a lot of info about the products. My new number one place to look for parts

Had a performance tune and stealth throttle controller installed in April 2021.Initial dealings were great until 6 mths later my car started going into limp mode and replaced the throttle body (still going into limp mode) Went to a auto electrician who discovered it was the throttle controller overloading the circuit! Went back to Revhigh who didnt have the controller in stock for 6 months. Finally saw it was back in stock as revhigh didnt get back to me. Went down to revhigh to look at it and possible replacement. They told me I had caused the damage and replaced a wire. Next day my car goes back into limp mode so I email asking if I can have it removed and be refunded, revhigh declined! All in all very helpful until money is exchanged then dont want to know you! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Will not be promoting their name to anyone!!
