My significant other went for a haircut to this location, first of all, the baber completely ruined his hair by cutting it way to short and secondly when he asked for a refund because he was so unhappy the owner told him to complain to the state. How impossibly rude! Will no longer be going here as a customer.

Words cannot describe how horrible this establishment is. My husband came home from his hair cut with blood and cuts all over his neck and behind his ears. When speaking with the manager Megan, she was rude, talking to other people in the background, and made it sound like a huge inconvenience to be taking my call. I requested a refund, but the hairdresser offered my husband a band aid instead. The female barber was inappropriate and made him uncomfortable, not stopping even though he repeatedly said he was married. I have never seen such a terrible haircut in my life and my husband is embarrassed to go out in public.
