Ms. Freedman, We appreciate any and all feedback. Our organization prides themselves on conducting with the upmost professionalism as humanly possible. As it pertains to any work needed to be looked at on the inside, we try to accommodate any project scope thats needed. If weather plays a factor, our Sales Representatives will communicate to the customer for a better appointment time. Our organization isnt perfect, however, we have zero tolerance for being rude to our customers. I wasnt even able to schedule an apt for an estimate because the lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Im completely blown away by her mannerism. We have a pretty big job for an additions to our home & remodeling done for the inside, which would require someone to come out to look at all thats needed to be done. She made it seems like we were asking her for too much like scheduling isnt part of her job, she told us that tomorrow might be rained out and became very hostile when I told her I wouldnt need any roofing or outside work so if there was any cancellations tomorrow we would gladly meet with someone. She snapped back at me telling me well thats what the majority of our work is and hung up. Their site say they do it all but after that experience with the front of the house, I wouldnt feel comfortable having them do anything on my house. Just horrible. Response to owner: Its not a mistake, it was 100% someone in your office that behaved that way. I called from your website & reviewed it directly afterwards. All I know is it sounded like a mid-aged woman. Hope that helps pinpoint whos so rude to new customers calling in & youll be able to correct whatever her issue is so you dont miss out on anymore business because of her. Thanks

Chris was very professional, helpful, and explained the process. The installers were scheduled to arrive between 730am to 830am. The were prompt arriving at 7am. After the roof was replaced the satellite company needed to mount the satellite at a different angle and a new location on the roof. Chris and installer went above and beyond by coming by to remove shingles with the old mount and place new shingles

This is a difficult review for reasons youll see in the attached images and has been edited. Were generally grateful to have the work done which is why we stomached the effort dealing with disgruntled salesman, effort on our part reviewing and pointing out construction issues, and long time around the whole project. That said, the radio silence in addressing noticeable and concerning roofing issue and additional out of pocket cost to fix is pretty concerning. Original: Chris, Javi, and Steve of Rodas Construction have worked their hardest to make our dream of a screened porch a realty over the past 6 months while still being affordable! We look forward to meals outside with mesh screens to keep bugs out and a pleasant, relaxing breeze. Hands down, best investment we could make and certainly one were enjoying!
