Bagels were ok, my mom and I felt like we were bothering the staff we did talk to. It was almost like having a polite argument with the person taking out order. The entire time ordering and seeing others order was very disorganized.

After speaking with my Entire Staff we had 1 chowNow order for a LEO that we canceled - customer came in we fixed his order and of course we had to make the LEO The man was very understanding as he saw how busy we were.. Over 35min wait for a single scrambled egg bagel with unapologetic employees who clearly forgot to make the order, I would never come back! Apologize to your guest for your mistake instead of making them feel like I was being a Karen If the owner is anything like his/her employee, they will probably try to sweep this review under the carpet and ignore it like I was ignored!
