The gym is always clean. They have every piece of equipment one can ever need, the classes are challenging and fun, and I like philosophy on what physical fitness is. I want to say a little bit about the personal training... Jen was passionate, knowledgeable, and professional! I know she's just starting out but I would recommend her to anyone! Had 10 sessions and was blown away with something either something new or the way she phrased her instruction and it would just click in my understanding! It sounds kind of corny but I'm literally and figuratively walking taller because of Jen! I can't thank her enough.

My favorite gym - a lot to love about it once you embrace it (if coming from a more traditional machine gym) I like this much better. Included at no additional cost to local businesses. Very friendly and regular staff that are knowledgeable and fun. Great way to learn new workouts and exercises - keeps me motivated at work and breaks up my day. Variety of classes to try new things and meet new people. Ability to work-out on my own outside of a class. Great selection of exercise equipment, clean locker rooms and showers with towels, hairgel and basic needs. Open garage door ability allows fresh air and sunshine, no stale smell. Great environment.
