We hired them and gave them 9 months to improve our customer traffic. We followed all of their recommendations, including a website redo (which we do like). We got fewer customers than we averaged before paying them to manage our digital marketing. On top of that, they weren't doing jobs that they were contracted and paid to do. I finally gave them 30 days notice and requested a refund for the jobs they were paid for and didn't complete (and even argued they weren't contracted for...so glad we had a written contract). They decided to delete all of the ads they had written for us and deleted the google analytics code from our website. Thankfully, we are with a new company now and already in the first couple weeks we are starting to see traction from their new campaign. It truly makes me wonder what this company was doing the whole time. I regret giving Tree Ring Digital so much time and so much money. It was definitely not worth the investment. If they hadn't have been so petty and childish, I would have at least given them another star or two for the website. Another expensive business lesson learned.

Do not trust this company with your online presence. We hired this company to improve our site and after being sold on a expensive new site, i now find that it performs worse than my old "outdated" site on mobile response. I had a site that was performing per Lacey's quote 4.8 out of 5 and the new expensive site ranks 7 out of 100 on mobile friendliness. I am now in the process of having to hire another company to get a new website so now I have had to get two websites in one year. Expensive learning experience.
