I was very excited after reading the reviews to come here. The hair cut was great and Rosie was a very sweet, caring person. However, the photo I showed of how I wanted my hair dyed was not what I received. I would have preferred her to be honest to me that she did not know how to do the balayage I was asking than waste the amount of money I did, just to have to go somewhere else to try and fix this. She also FaceTimed someone to show my hair and I heard the woman try to give her advice on what to use to try and fix it. Nothing was blended properly around the roots either. She even openly told me its not what I showed her and she would fix it on Monday if need be. I dont recommend anything other than a hair cut from here.

Save yourself the drama & go somewhere else. One of the worst hair cut experiences I've ever had, I was sent home w/ 1/2 finished hair on the verge of tears.
