Worst experience I've ever had with getting new glasses. I usually just go here to get my eye test and then take the prescription to another provider to fill for glasses/contacts. Well I finally decided I would just get my glasses here as I did not feel like shopping around. I got a very expensive pair of Oakley glasses and it took about a week to come in. Right away I tried telling the office something was wrong with my left lens. I told them I could see fine with my right and tried to show the lady at the front, but she scolded me for covering my right eye (not sure why this mattered). She told me to give it two weeks for my eyes to adjust. I called back down within 2 days to advise I can't see out of my left eye still. I came back in and the office "adjusted" my glasses. They told me to try them out again. Again I get the same results. So I call the office again and this time I'm told to come back in. They have me re-test all the tests again and get that I have the same prescription. So the office (not the doctor) came to the conclusion that my frames were bent. The best part of this is the frames I bought were no longer made. So I had to pick out another pair. This normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but these were literally the only glasses I wanted. I just settled for another pair. I waited another week for these glasses. Again the same exact problem. I by chance was just moving my glasses around to see if I could see any better and my vision actually cleared when I moved my left side down. I went down to the office again. This time they tell me that my Axis was wrong in the left side. I asked how this could have happened? I also figured this meant there was nothing wrong with my original pair. The office blamed the Lab that made my lenses. I just think this office really is not a good place to get glasses and I would stay away. I'm never going back again.

I've spoken to my staff about your case and it does appear that we do accept your insurance, however the network you belong to is not accepted at this location. The staff did leave you a voicemail the day before your appointment regarding the problem but never heard back from you until the morning of. I made an appointment two weeks in advance and was told that my insurance was accepted. I was told that my insurance was not accepted on the day of my appointment. They had not bothered to check whether or not it was accepted until the last minute. Very disappointed such a simple mistake.
I had the best experience at Epic Optical. I truly felt that my care was center focus during my exam and throughout my appointment. Everyone was very thorough and my doctor took the time to discuss and explain things to me. The staff was very kind and personable and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire experience was great, and I will definitely be using them as my eye care provider, hence forth.
First real eye exam for her at 6 years old. Everything was top notch. She loved it and did not leave scared. Highly recommend. They use the latest technology to take all the uncomfortable tests of old out of the exam. Super impressed.
