Unfortunately, we can only advise DPD drop off locations which are stated on the returns label we are able to provide. From previous customer experience, we are aware that not all locations will accept large parcels, however we are unable to filter locations that will take larger parcels on the return label. It is unfortunate that DPD did not collect the parcel. Without your order number, I would be unable know if you had been in touch with us to say that you had taken it to a location and it had not been collected as yet. If this would have been the case, our team could have investigated the delay with DPD. We do say RMA's can take a minimum of 7-10 working days. This time frame is a guide and can very depending on the issues our team find with the system. We prefer to spend time inspecting systems fully, before returning back to the customer to ensure everything is working as it should be. I wasn't going to put this on here but since Fierce PC went out of my way to silence me by getting my trustpilot review removed somehow, I'll put it here. So I must be one of the few who so far have not been having a good experience. I went with FiercePC after almost buying a PC from another builder. FiercePC were offering exactly the same build for about 50 less and seemed to have better overall reviews so I thought I was onto a good thing. I ordered my PC from them on Amazon and had it within around 3 days with prime delivery. The item was well packed and looked impressive out of the box. Sadly that is where it went down hill. I plugged in the PC and it powered up straight away, however when plugging in my HDMI and peripherals, nothing happened. No video through to my monitor (which worked fine with previous PC) and no power through to my mouse/keyboard (they light up when powered). I called up FiercePC, went through the usual troubleshooting and nothing worked so they authorised a return. I packed the box up and went to my nearest DPD drop off point as directed by the shipping label to be have the box refused due to the size (by Morrisons). I then proceeded to the 2nd store on the list, to again be refused due to the size. After 1 hour of driving around to find a place, a small corner store accepted it. The frustration didn't stop there as the parcel did not get picked up by DPD for a further 3 days. FiercePC have had my PC for a few days, but when I called them I was told that it could take another week for their technicians to have a look at it. It had been nearly 2 weeks since I spent almost 1000 on a PC and still had nothing to show for it. I eventually asked for a refund as I needed something I could use ASAP and they obliged. Got the money back in my account in around 3 days.

Very happy customer! I searched a lot of different options and concluded the price at Fierce PC was very competitive, delivery was fast and my son loves his gaming PC. Good support from the customer care team too.

Very disappointed, I sent back a new PC to have some parts replaced, they sent me back the PC without the glass side panel! No one contacted me to let me know. How does something like this happen?! Very disappointed
