Cynthia, we are saddened to hear that you left Full Throttle feeling this way. We are a business where all are welcome and we take responsibility when we make a mistake. In this case, we were tinting your tail lights and when you do that, you aren't taking anything off or doing anything with vehicle electric, it's simply applying a tint film to the outside lens of the light. We also tried to help out by getting a light bulb for you to replace your burnt out bulb even though it had nothing to do with what we were doing. We offered to take the film back off during the process at no charge in the end, when you said you weren't sure about it, but then you told us to go ahead and complete the job. We're truly sorry for the troubles you are having with your vehicle, but it was not something caused by Full Throttle.

Not a great experience..first of all they appeared to not want to do business for blacks. Had to call several times after I was told I would get a call back about questions I had concerning the work to be done after having my vehicle. Then my vehicle was not completed as requested.. no at all happy with the work. It doesn't look any different than when I took it..the image I was looking for I did not get..poor job. Then my vehicle would not start when I went to pick up and has not started since I got it home and all these engine lights are on. I drive this vehicle everyday and had no issues with it prior to taking to them. My back light was out and they appeared to be unbothered about it. The owner Ryan was not customer service friendly or it was the color of my skin that changed his demeanor and the reason my vehicle was not professional completed with the look I requested and I sent him a picture of the image I wanted. He was very nonchalant. I am totally unhappy with the work and had I known the customer service was going to be worst than the work I would have never taken my vehicle there. Now it is causing me more money to get my vehicle checked out for all these engine lights that are on and to see why my vehicle want start. I have spent a lot of money and have no results! Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer and would not recommend anyone of color to do business with the expectation of satisfaction! I have a black Tahoe and my requests were very simple. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE! You showed me the back light and it did look okay, but the front was not what I asked for and I sent you a picture of the image I was looking for. You said you could go darker if I wanted too, which was supposed to have already been understood that I wanted a blackout. The understanding about the replacement of the emblems was not correct and I definitely explained that I wanted them all black and when you finished you said you misunderstood and thought I wanted them just removed ...because of the holes being covered from the previous paint job you were unable complete. From what I gathered our entire conversation of what I asked for and showed you was a complete misunderstanding and you disregarded everything I asked for and chose to design the way you thought was cheapest for you and still charged me the price you wanted for the service I assumed I was getting. My lights were not out prior to coming to you nor was my interior lights on and battery down. If the light was out when brought to you why as a courtesy you didn't tell me. If my truck needed a battery jump when you had it why not tell me a courtesy for quality customer service. When I called you to get clarification about the work you were doing..once again why not return my call? Your assistance that answers the phone said I am calling him now so he can return your call and when we spoke all you said was you did have a reason why you didn't call be back because you were gone for the day. What a response. So nothing you have said has been justification for the poor job nor the poor customer service that was received. I am sure going forward you will try to communicate better with black customers and make them feel you will do a superb job if you want their business. I HAD BEEN OF A DIFFERENT RACE YOU PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AND TAKEN BETTER CARE OF MY VEHICLE! MY THOUGHT! I DOUBT VERY SERIOUSLY THAT YOU REGRET THAT I FEEL THIS WAY BECAUSE YOU WERE STILL PAID WHAT YOU ASKED FOR EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR!

Hey Jeffery we went ABOVE and BEYOND for you, we pulled glass out, pulled doors off, spent a half day doing your vehicle for you to make sure it was done in the best way, perfect tinting job. We thought we were at a mutual understanding with what the ceramic tint would offer you, a higher solar rejection than normal tint, we still stand by that and there is a ton of documentation out there backing this up, but you've got to get your air conditioning fixed to feel the effects, you're basically still sitting in a hotbox out in the sun. The window tint installed was to block out a percentage of uv rays and for the price of this tint is no difference then normal window tint. Great job on install, but I put normal window tint on the same make and model on another car and the results were the same outcome. My cars are not in shade areas, in the sun all day. Dont waste your money on the so called ceramic window tint, it's a money scam.

Second time to use them for window tint and it will be the last. Debbie was rude and denied I had an appointment even though I made the appointment WITH HER and received two confirmation texts. I sat there listening to her be nice to other customers. They obviously don't care about my business so I'm not recommending them anymore.
