Hi, thank you for providing some feedback on your experience. I want to give you our perspective. While we understand it can be frustrating to not get on the phone with our staff, we don't take requests by phone because we need a history of every and all communication and change requests for liability purposes. That is why we use email and by the way our staff is very responsive to email or support requests through our website. However, if having someone get on the phone with you to answer all your home selling questions is important to you, then yes, we recommend you hire a real estate agent and they will do that for you. It looks like you listed your home with us and then cancelled and went with an agent so this must be your situation. If you stayed with us and priced your home correctly (because it sold with an agent for $30,000 less than you listed it with us) you would have sold your home with our service and saved between $9,000-$18,000 in commissions. So I feel that your comment about you get what you pay for is unfair. This is because you get lots of savings with our service, if you are capable of selling on your own. But if you need the home selling support that it appears you needed, then you can hire an agent, but you have to pay all that money to them for a commission. That's the trade off. The home sellers that we want to help are willing to pay our small flat fee to list their home, work through our support staff via our website or email and save all that money on commission. You get what you pay for. If you don't need to speak to someone on the phone no matter how much you beg and plead then this is the service for you! Email is the only form of communication

After paying for the service I received email which ask me to go to another similar service and provide my credit info ( without paying) I could do it without such redirection from Isoldmy house. Such a scam!

Used the service to sell our home a number of years ago and was great so when I needed to sell another I used them again. Very easy and saved a bunch of money. I will use them again in the future. Would recommend to anyone that wants to save money.
Hi Michael. I'm sorry this happen to you as a buyer but it appears one of our sellers either accepted an offer or had to cancel their open house last minute. Either way, this can happen to any house for sale and not something that is specific to our service. I hope you have better luck in your home search, it sure is a crazy market out there right now

As a buyer, I will never consider a property listed by this company. Drove an hour to see an open house listed by this company. Arrived to a sharpie sign on the window saying the open house was canceled and no additional information. If you're a seller that wants a cheap, diy Realtor in exchange for selling your home for far less because they want to push you take the first offer and lock you out of better offers, this is probably the fake, virtual Realtor for you!
