Hi Emily, Thank you for informing us that this option is not available on the online booking system. Its actually a very new system so were still working on updating it. We do of course cater for all hair types. Im sorry this option wasnt showing online and if you felt uncomfortable on your visit. The team do everything they can to accommodate every client and the lady waiting was very understanding. The team have worked 12 hours a day this week, I have to say its disappointing to receive this 3 star review after such a challenging week, however we take your advice on board and will update the services offered on the online booking system. Booked last minute online before lockdown. Really impressed by the online booking system being so easy! But the booking automatically gives a 45min time slot for cut & dry - took longer due to thick curly hair! This made the appointment pretty uncomfortable (next client sat next to me waiting) - should really cater for all hair types. Maybe this could be added to the booking system?

I have been visiting Rachel for about fifteen years, I moved away from the town and always travel back over to get my hair done once a month as I cannot find anywhere local to me that I am happy with. I am always really pleased with my cut and colour and she listens to what I would like to have done. Clean, comfortable and always welcoming. Highly recommended.

Hello Shannon I'm so sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately I've been suffering with a bad back and trapped nerves for some time now so I'm unable to do foiling for 90 minutes. I have to manage the work I do so I can continue hairdressing. I'd have loved to colour your hair otherwise. I recommended my sister as she specialises in back to back foiling. She was the perfect stylist for you so I really wanted to get you in with her. I apologise that there was a little longer to wait, we are an extremely busy salon but I did try to get you in as early as I possibly could. Also I apologise for running behind and being late for your consultation. As stylists we are always trying our best to ensure we run on time but sometimes we do run behind, because every client's hair is different and takes a different amount of time. We do ask in our salon policy to be mindful stylists can run up to 30 minutes behind, but I understand you may not have read this. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations and I hope you do find a salon that will. All the best Michele xx

Booked online for Michelle the owner as that's who I wanted to go with. I also booked a consultation with her for 11.15 on a Saturday. I live 35 minutes away so travelled to Shrewsbury just for this appointment. Got there on time and was told to take a seat by the receptionist. Half an hour I waited for Michelle. She even checked her phone before coming to me. When she finally came to me she asked what I wanted which was foils then she said sorry I can't do that I have a bad back. On which she said I will book you in with someone else. Which I was disappointed about. Got to reception for her to make me a appointment only to be told I'll have to wait an extra 3 weeks now. When she said I shouldn't go any longer than 8 weeks between appointments this would make it 11 weeks. The service was shocking by Michelle. I was going to be a regular new client but she did not care. I do however have to give credit to the receptionist with the dark hair. She was lovely. She needed assistance and no one helped her. She was pleasant and very sweet. Definitely an asset to that place.
