Ive had 3 dogs that i took to this vet. Initially we never had any issues however when we had to put our oldest down this Spring, they lost an item they were supposed to return that was dear to us and our sweet pup. I repeatedly called and asked for them to look for it and they never returned my call and then told me after i called and actually got to speak with someone that they must have cremated it with him. We were so heartbroken but continued care there for our new pup and our other dog Abbey. We decided to look for another vet after they repeatedly refused to return phone calls when seeking alternate food for our overweight pup. I requested our records be transferred and they emailed them and asked why. When i told them why, they didnt apologize or offer any type of follow Up for how they had treated us and our pets. It seems post Covid they dont have the time to genuinely care for their patients or the humans who love them. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a loving and caring vet.
