Hello Vijay, This review you have left is untrue and although we are at the top of the list of repair businesses in the northwest suburbs, it still affects our rating. At no point was I rude to you during our conversation, nor did I demand money from you for something that was not yet repaired. You arrived with a damaged iPad, and mentioned that you fixed it two months ago at our location, which is also untrue. We checked our system and you were not in our new system which we started using well over 8 months ago. We repaired your screen over a year ago. We explained, in order to fix the issues with your iPad touch screen that the next step would be to replace screen. You immediately start blaming the business and demanding a discount on the repair, and kept insisting on a discount towards the repair. The cost of the repairs were then provided to you along with the process. You still kept insisting on us to give you a discount. It was then said to you that if you dont want to fix and pay our rate for repair then we cant provide our services. It is not a fault of our business when someone has caused damage to their own device after repair. Our repair rate is already priced at a discount and its a rate that we offer today for all our costumers. Unfortunately, we had to refuse our service for your device. We are sorry that you are not happy that we couldnt give you a discount on the service for your damaged iPad.

The guy is very rude, i did get my ipad repaired for screen and paid $100 to get the covered and after 5-6 months the touch screen stopped working and then went back and now he is demanded $100 more to install a new screen. He realized that was his fault and showing his frustation and said he busy he cann't talk , he can just fix it if i pay 100 bucks. You should have been honest and accepted that you did not fix the screen first time correct. if you have fixed the screen how did it stopped working without any damage or drop. Yes you were totally rude , when i got service from you its your responsibility to listen and answer the customer questions. Thats totally true what ever i said in the review the repair was done 5-6 months ago , i went back checked my cc stmt i have paid you on 12/13/2020 and its started having issues in june, so it did not even last your new screen 6 months and on top of that you said it might be dropped, i clearly told you its not dropped and asked me to show the signs of dropping and then you don't have any answer. You did not fix properly for the first time and the touch screen is not working. Don't try to lie
Hi Edward, We do fix and diagnose hardware. Due to your current issue we advised you to go and see the company that built the computer for you 5 days ago, as it should still be under warranty. We tried to save you money by not having you spend for our diagnostics since somebody else built this computer for you. I don't think that we deserve a 2 star review for trying to help you by giving you the most cost effective option. Thank you for your feedback. * I never mentioned that we don't "deal" with hardware. I explained to you that your computer has a weird glitch and that you'd be better off getting this taken care of by the company that assembled this computer for you. They say they fix computers and computers hardware. Well, I brought my computer to check for possible hardware issue but I was told that they did not deal with hardware and I was offered to contact hardware manufacturers. They did not even try to find out what was going on. An associate said he was certified to do a diagnostic but not to deal with hardware. So if you think you may have a real deal issue with hardware you may better call them first and save your time for driving in. If it says We can fix it then at least try to find out the cause, not just send customers back. I was very unhappy with such approach. I gave 4 starts for their honesty. I am not saying this place is bad or good, I am just saying that service information shown on their website may not be what you hope for. Good luck.
