Absolute appalling service I would never recommend them, my parents had a nightmare experience with crown travel, they were treating like animals. They were told they would get a 5 star room instead they got a room with no windows a leaky bath & toilet. Then they were told they would not have to pay for tour buses they would get a draft, this was a lie my parents used up all their spending money on taxis. Anyway I have reported crown travel to trading standards; going forward they will be keeping a close eye on them. They are frauds please do not travel with them.

the worst company, as you will not perform most of the important components of hajj,. . Hajj has different components called (manasik-e-hajj) that need to be performed , this company will make you miss them , hence you do not perform the complete hajj. instead just a trip. Without completing these manasiks / elements you have not performed hajj as directed by the the Prophet (SAW) . They do have a couple of bearded MIS-LEADERS and a mufti from the mosque (near there office) who travel for free in return for providing young non-suspecting customers. the job of the mufti is to brainwash you and impose his version of HAJJ on the group. He will even come out and say , "our mosque follows a particular sect i.e., HANAFI so we shall be doing things differently, not according to the sunnat e Rasool or as prophet SAW commanded. i cannot sit back and watch this atrocity. so do not waste your money .
