I took a chance with this business as a business owner myself. I walked into the shop on April 24th and brought some material that already had my logo as an example. When speaking to one of the reps at the shop, she informed me that the current logo needed some work and they would have to revise it so it could transfer over seamlessly. I agreed and asked what the charge would be, which she stated was $40. I was fine with this and immediately put my order in but before doing so she asked me to email my current logo so they could begin the work. After emailing my logo, I put an order in for 4 shirts and 5 hats and I then clearly stated that I would be flying out 5 days later, early morning on the 29th and needed the promotional gear for my trip. The total cost came out to $260. She agreed and stated that the order would be complete on Tuesday, April 27th and I would be able to pick up on the 28th, which was a day prior to my flight. It was close but I thought, thats fine. The day of the 28th, I arrive at 2pm and requested my order, the young lady working at that time seemed confused as if she didnt expect me there for pick up and then informed me to come back at 6pm . Walking out of the shop at 2pm that day, I decide to email the owner to confirm what the employee stated. I also informed them that I never received a follow up confirmation concerning the logo and also to confirm my order would be ready by 6pm as it was severally important that I have this before I leave. The day went by and still no response to my email. I come back at 5:45pm and immediately got handed a bag with my shirts and told that, my hats would be completed a little later and someone would call me at 10pm to coordinate. I was a little concerned but stayed calm as I wanted to trust their service. This was an absolute mistake as 10pm came and nothing, I then call the shop twice at 10pm and 11pm and left a message again reiterating that I needed the hats for this trip and its importance. The next day Im up and ready to leave for my flight, so I call da print spot again at 5am in the hopes someone would answer and provide updates but NO ONE REACHED OUT. Im on this trip for 5 days and 4 nights and not one call or follow up from da print spot to explain what happened. I thought, wow, this is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I get back from my trip on May 4th , I wait a day and go to the shop. This is my 3rd visit by now. I walk in, only for the same rep to run around and make phone calls about the status of my remaining order. I was in complete disbelief. This is 7 days after the original pick date was confirmed and still no hats. I cant be mad at an employee so I calmly ask for a resolution, because this is insane. She then informs me that she knows the hats are complete and they just need to pick them up from another facility,. So I leave, and again email da print spot and asked why is this happening and why havent I receive any form of response. I wait another day and still no response. The next day which is 2 days later from my last visit to the shop, I finally get a call to pick up the hats. Only for all the hats to be wrong. They gave me two of my hats in kid sizes. The stitching were completely horrid. At this point I was completely fed up and called my bank to reverse the charge. Then da print spot finally sends me an email concerning the dispute to tell me that the reason the order took so long was due to my logo design quality. To add injury to insult with no accountability, they then proceed to tell me that they have a no refund policy . . From the day I came in and was charged an extra $40 so they could fix the logo so it would seamlessly print. What did I actually pay this extra fee for? Why didnt anyone call or email me to voice their concerns about the logo. 2. I visited the shop 3 times after I placed my order, I sent 3 emails and left 3 voicemails and no one ever followed up at all to inform me of any issues. This has been my experience with this business.
