Mr. Rico it is very important to us at IPS Tactical to take care of our first responders and customers so again I will apologize for your frustration. If my understanding was that something I ordered would be ready in 3-5 business days and it took an additional 4 days I would be upset too. You were quoted 3-5 business days on the tapering of the polo you purchased and 7-10 business days on embroidery; however, you decided to not to get the polo tapered. I understand you felt as if that was miscommunicated to you. For that we did offer to refund the embroidery because the last thing we want at IPS Tactical is to let a customer leave unhappy. We felt that refunding you the $12.99 for 1 line on right chest embroidery was incredibly fair to resolve your frustration and Im sorry that did not suffice. You visited us on May 8th, 2018 to place your order and were quoted 7-10 business days for your uniform to be ready for pick up. We contacted you on Monday Morning May 21st, 2018 which was 9 business days after your visit with us as we are not open on the weekend. We contacted you almost immediately when your uniform returned from embroidery. The Assistant Store Manager let you know that the patches were being sewn on which is a 5 minute process as we spoke with you and that your uniform would be ready for pick up shortly. When you arrived back at our store clearly frustrated on May 22nd you stated that you were never called for pick up but you spoke our Assistant Store Manager the day previous and she informed you that your uniform would be ready Monday. As I am not quite sure where the frustration was here I still offered you the refund because I could easily tell you were very upset and I wanted to do whatever it would take to ensure you did not leave unhappy. I am very sorry our service did not meet your needs. I am not just saying that and no ones intention at IPS Tactical was or would ever be to trick you as you stated or to make you feel as if we were lying to you. As a matter of fact we strive to ensure we are not making false promises to our customers. We have heard from a large amount of officers that the 6 month time frame to get anything from other retail stores in Albuquerque is incredibly frustrating so we work very hard to make sure that when we promise something to our customers that we follow through with our promises. I also apologize that our offer of a $12.99 discount on the shirt did not solve your frustration but I hope that us refunding the shirt for you did make a difference. I am glad you were able to get taken care of at another retailer and would be interested to find out which store was able to provide better service then IPS Tactical. We do strive to be better than our competition and will continue to do so. We hope that in the future you will give us another opportunity to give you a better experience and the feedback you provided is much appreciated. Amanda- Director of Operations

Buyer beware and stay away. Lip service all around. Only feedback I received was a vomit of "I'm sorry" and "I apologize". Their trick is to tell you we'll complete your uniform quickly, I was told 3 days. I had to call them back on the 7th day and was told not ready, this time I was told it could take up to 10 days. I called back on the 14th day, this time I was told not ready, but we did receive some orders back, we will call you if one of them is your order. I told them I would hold on the line while she checked. After 5 minutes the female told me I have your order but still needs patches to be sewn on. We will call you later today or tomorrow. Well tomorrow arrived and still no phone call to let me know it was ready. I showed up to the business at 415, the business closes at 5. I inquired and the female brings the uniform from the alteration section, does not even verify the uniform is complete or mine for that matter and expected me to sign a log for the pick up. I literally had to tell her is this my uniform and is it complete? She eventually checked. I questioned her about the 15 day time delay when I was told it would take 3 days. She immediately tells me it's our policy (7-10 days). I said okay let's see the policy. Got the blank stare and fumbling of items when another female employee walks up and was questioned about the policy and where it could be. Instead i was diverted to telling my story all over again. The employee who sold me the items was "on leave" so they say. Never saw the policy and was offered a refund for the stitching of my name, maybe $3. I declined and was told I don't know what else you want me to do. I thought show me the policy and well go from there. Nope she tells me again, this is all I can do, what do you want? I said a refund. She went on about the material, sending into space to get it embroidered, hence the 7-10 days it takes and blah blah blah, just a vomit of excuses and it's our policy. The other female employee just said the magic word, give him a refund. Eventually I was given a refund. I have heard other similar stories about IPS tactical Albuquerque and do not recommend them. I went to an alternate vendor and received a proper uniform in two days and by the way was less expensive. Bottom line...all lip service and and no ownership for their mess, your just another customer or number through their doors, and how much $$$ they can make off you.
