Hi Kitty , jut to clarify something. This what you wrote is not true at all and Ive reported to google. Half head of highlights is 66 and not 91 . The reason why it was 91 because we applied Toner . You have been angry with the price and wrote this review but we are not Red Cross to apply toner and not charge. All are clients wearing a mask and we offer to them for free, some of clients they have some medical issue and they cant wear.

The lady who took out my foils got bleach in my eye. It stung very painfully so I said I needed to rinse it. This dumfounded her and she offered me a wet tissue instead. By now it was really burning, so I told her I needed to rinse it out and stood up to rinse it over the sink. Water poured down my face and into my mask, so I sat for the rest of the treatment with a wet face and mask. There were also at least 3 customers not wearing masks in the salon, and I had to sit very closely next to two while having my hair washed which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Added to that, I paid 91 for half head highlights. I will not return.

The young lady who bleached, coloured and cut my hair was very polite and lovely. The salon was clean and pristine. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the services that I received. Although The lady tried her best, I went home with yellowish hair. My hairline on my forehead got burned. The haircut was uneven and ugly. So, I am not going to go to this salon again. I just wasted 4 hours of my time plus 135 pounds!

Hi Ali, we have fix prices for girls cut 20 as you can see on the website. Girls cut it didnt say that is included blow dry. Plus your daughter had a very curly hair which is probably 50 . Plus we refund half off the money just to make you happy. If we knew that youre going to write a bad review we wouldnt geve you refund at all. You should read on the price list that its says Girls cut 20 , and didnt say that its included blow dry. Plus you where extremely late like 2 hours late and we still take your daughter. So this review its a complete fake, you shouldnt write at all because you didnt mention that you were late, the hair that you daughter have and you should Read on the price list. Also is good for you to delete this fake review. And you should mention that you only paid 20 and I give you back 10 so that means you wrote this bad review for only 10 plus you been late 2 hours.

They charged my 6 year old daughter 20 just for just a haircut which is ridiculous I was told that a wash cut and blow dry was 25 over the phone but when I went to the store they did that it was 50 FOR A 6 YEAR OLD, the staff are rude when I complained about the prices they told me to check the website (which only has adult prices) they really need to work on their prices and make a children price list!!!
