Rating them from an ethics standpoint. I had called and to be nice didnt book there Groupon. They told me to book it off there direct site. I did this to only benefit there small business. I was late to my appointment by 30min ( WEATHER/ Im being frank about the situation ) . There was a HUGE storm which caused an accident on I-45) and I still showed up DRENCHED in water to the appointment . I completely understand she didnt want to take any excuse/have any sympathy. However, they charged me 30% of what the full service would have been (not Groupon price) a total deposit of $70. I stand there at the salon with my hair dripping to the floor and the stylist has no sympathy. She also had no appointments after me. She simply just wanted to keep the fee since when I called ten min later she left. This being in the contrary of her saying since I was late she had someone on standby on the way. I guess to bring this to a nice conclusion I shouldn't have been so nice and booked it through the Groupon. Its safe to say this would leave a sour taste in any ones mouth after this experience.

Ellie is fantastic. She did a great color correction for me when someone else messed up my hair. She accommodated my limited schedule too. Fantastic balayage! I've also seen her men's cuts, fades, and funky colors, and I'm completely impressed. She's a real artist. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Houston.
