Today I was so pressed on time to have some documents signed. I contacted Sempex and they sent Marcos Oliveira on my way to pick up, drop off and return my package. What an amazing service. From dispaching to driver. I want to specially thank Marcos Oliveira. He was very profissonal, efficient, accomodating and the comunication was fantastic. Defininly recomend their services.
I booked this company to pick up and deliver a birthday cake about a week in advance. I filled out the request form online, paid for delivery services and then never heard from the company. I called 4 separate times over 3 days to confirm and not once did anyone answer the phone. I used their online chat feature and never received a response. A few hours before the delivery was schedule, I received an email notification saying that I had canceled my order and would be charged a $7 cancelation fee. The company canceled the order at the last minute with no notification and wants to charge me a cancelation fee. This company appears to be a scam and I do not recommend. ___Edit___ After posting this review, Senpex contacted to explain the situation. They explained that they do not operate in the city that I was requesting. Since they could not fulfill the request, they canceled on their end. The automated email mentioning the $7 cancelation fee was an error and they are actively working on fixing it. My order is to be refunded in full. I appreciate that the company reached out, however, the overall situation is still unfortunate and I would have appreciated communication earlier than hours before. The company claims to have tried to contact me, but I have no record of any calls or voicemail messages. I have updated the rating to 3 stars from 1 due to the post review contact.
