We're so sorry you haven't been able to register for classes. Our classes are free, and they are very good, so many people register. We have limited space and cannot give classes to everyone who wants them. We help as many people as we can. When registration opens, many people call, and the available classes fill very quickly. We understand that this is frustrating, but you can also see that this shows that people like our classes and want to be in them.

This is a bad place. I called on July, and they asked me to call back on August 23rd to make an appointment. Then, when i called on August 23rd, they simply told me that no longer accept appointment anymore, because full? Then they asked me to call back on September?? And they didnt care about my feeling. Bad memory !

We are so sorry you could not get through on registration day. Hundreds of people call on registration day and we do not have enough class spaces for all the people who want class. We know this is frustrating and we are sorry you did not get through. However, we are definitely in service, and definitely not fake! The hundreds of people in classes here every week are very happy. They are fake. They never pick up the call, I called 24th feb for registration appointment,I called at 10am but their number was not in service then I waited for a 2 month to get appointment on next date which is 28th April but still they put that no. Not in service,very much disappointed

I love this school, people are so friendly and respectful! The school have some rules for sure, but every single Teacher is volunteer and the work that they do it's amazing and with love and heart. It is a free school, they help us under various points of view and every time with a lot of patience! The teachers are very professional and I'm proud to be part of this big family! The school sometimes are full of students and there is one time to wait, but there is some other services if you want to learn English inside of the school! AMAZING

Hi Marisol! We have classes in the morning, afternoon, evening, or Saturdays, with many options for you. For example, one option in the morning is a class that meets from 9am - 11am, and one option in the evening is a class that meets from 6pm - 8pm. You must register before you start class. Please call us to make an appointment for registration! We will have many registrations in February, and will open the appointments on January 31. On January 31, call us at 713.266.8777 - we will talk on the phone to make an appointment for registration in February. On the day of your appointment, you'll come into Literacy Advance in person. We'll show you around the school and take a short test to find the best class for you. On that day, you can tell us whether a class in the morning, afternoon, evening, or Saturday is best for you. On January 31, we open at 8am, so please call then or around that time. Many people need English classes, so many people will call. If the phone is busy, please keep calling and we will answer as soon as we can. If you have questions, please call us at 713.266.8777 and we can talk more (we can speak to you in Spanish!).
