Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Our beautician was wearing a black thick strapped top, not khaki, due to how warm our beauty room can get with steamers and hot stones for massage. You came 15 minutes early for your appointment and were asked to return a few minutes before your appointment time to give the beautician time to clean down and disinfect the room after the previous client left. This is a must due to health and safety and especially with the increase of covid cases recently. We hope you manage to find a suitable salon that meets your expectations in the future. Masseuse wore dirty khaki vest top and I was not happy with her appearance so left the salon and did not return. I do not accept response below as it was not witnessed by respondand-unprofessional and I stand by my review. There was no covid signage and masseuse was not wearing a mask, standard in most salons.

Good evening Susan, Can you please confirm when you were booked in for? We have recently changed over our diary as the other one was misplaced and your appointment must have been missed in the process! We are deeply sorry about this. As you can see from all of our other reviews we have never had an issue with this before. If you would like to contact us on our facebook page or by calling the salon number we would be extremely grateful if you could come in to the salon for a complimentary treatment to try and rectify this mistake that has been overlooked on our part. Showed up for my appointment to discover the hairdresser hadn't bothered to show up herself or even have the common respect to contact me.. I was leaving for my holiday the next day and was majorly let done.. Not impressed at all and still to this day haven't received a call or text to rearrange, a complete joke of a place ..

Arranged to come to Amor Cabello as a surprise for my daughter's 11th birthday. We had chosen for her to have unicorn hair as a birthday treat. We messaged via Messenger to arrange this with great communication. When we arrived her station was decorated with a birthday banner and balloons. The girls also arranged for a champagne glass with lemonade, she loved her kids prosecco! There was also a lovely gift for her. Everyone was so friendly, we both enjoyed the whole experience. She was absolutely delighted with her hair. Overall great experience that made my daughter's day.

Absolutely amazing place! Experience was fab and made me feel extremely comfortable. Fantastic job done and my hair looks amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back for sure.
