Hi Laura, We are disappointed to hear about your experience at The Leading Edge. We wish that this was brought to our attention sooner and we could have resolved the matter. In regard to not receiving any emails, we do apologise but they go out on an automatic system and can sometimes end up in junk mail, again if we knew about this we could have resolved the issue. I can assure you (as a female member of staff) that females are treated no differently here than males and are very comfortable with the way our banter works. Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately as its almost a year ago I cant investigate the matter. Please rest assured that all team members at The Leading Edge have a common goal, to exceed customer expectations to which our overall feedback scores illustrate. However it seems that you were not happy and we would welcome the chance to discuss your feedback in more detail and decide the best way forward in order to restore our faith with you. Never gone back after last colour cut which was approx Easter time 2018 the previous stylist whom had left said she used olaplex which left my hair in bad breakable condition luckily was saved by another male stylist whom is lovely & the only reason I went back. but I felt management grudged me the free treatment and still tried to charge some of it! Which I wasnt told at the start of repair treatment I although gave my email address on a few occasions never ever received any emails for customer feedback. Although I had about 4 appointment s for treatments between November 17 & May 18 Not been and wont be back dont like the way management speak to their female staff.
Surprised you had to wait as its appointments only, are you sure you came into The Leading Edge?

Not the best, nice waiting room for the men but overall, not worth the wait, can't get a straight cut on a fringe and unable to cut what I say to cut (A bit off the top) it frankly just embarrassing.

first time to have my & my brothers hair cut here and we liked the service in good prices! Welcoming, friendly & professional staff and clean facilities. Next time we would like to taste the coffee there :)
Yuri, I would ask you to re-consider your actions as you have never been into The Leading Edge as we have records of all appointments on our EPOS system. Would it be you are a Barber elsewhere? We have over 2000 actual reviews from ACTUAL visitors where we score 5/5 and 4.9 on Facebook.
