Nolan, This does not fit our processes and procedures, and the description does not match the way we helping our customers. We do not provide on the spot diagnostics and we do not do any services free of charge unless it is under warranty or has our protection plan that covers the labor rate. We also do not have a $249 diagnostics service instead we operate by a flat rate service which provides all labor involved when troubleshooting and repairing. Sorry to hear about what sounds like shenanigans but I would venture to say you got the wrong shop. Our staff is trained and selected on the moral code of honesty and integrity. Our company provides services to local school districts, law enforcement and small business. We do not need to play games that sabotage something great.

Im never one to write a bad review but I thought this time it was necessary. So I took my custom built PC in for repair that wouldnt turn on. They did a free check and told me that my power supply was dead and when they plugged theirs in that my PC booted for a second and wouldnt stay on and that it would be the base fee of $249 to check it in for further diagnostic. And obviously I didnt because its overpriced and all the other shops in Portland charge around $90-100 to diagnose problems with a PC not including cost of parts. But the other shops I called had a 1-2 week turnaround time. So I decided to just buy a new power supply myself and have my friend that helped me build my PC install it. I went over to his house and be put it in within 30 minutes and my PC booted up perfect and has worked ever since. Just felt I had to write this review because I didnt appreciate the dishonesty. They couldve told me straight up that all I needed was a new power supply and thats it and Id be good to go. But instead they tried to lie and say it wouldnt stay booted with their power supply so theyd have to check it in for $249 and run further diagnostics. Very unethical business, wouldnt recommend!
