Sorry you feel this way. I spoke to you and your mom. There was nothing to refund. We actually didnt charge for the jewelry change. There is usually a handling fee for that. We comped it. We went through every charge with you and your mom and you guys still wanted a refund. Every charge was correct. You were not overcharged. We only use high end quality jewelry to make sure that your piercing heals well. We also did use a shorter curved barbell for your free jewelry change. We are sorry that you are still upset and wish you the best.

I had no experience with their tattoo business and am only commenting on their piercing work. I came of course because of their Wednesday deal but trust me, their piercing service worth maybe one percent of their already discounted price. Piercer Eduardo is either so amateur that he doesnt even know its a part of any piercing procedure to change the longer piercing to a shorter one after its healed, or he intentionally holds back that information because that second visit would not provide him with extra profit. Anyways, I went there three times after my first appointment and both times he told me that they dont have the basic shorter ones in store unless I want to pay extra for other piercings until the last time I went; when I thought Im finally getting that basic shorter piercing but instead he placed in a piercing I had no idea I agreed to pay for and told me again thats the only one they have in store. My other experience with them of not receiving any response four times after I mentioned about my overcharged appointment fee became merely a fuss compared to this actual piercing nightmare.

I went in to get my Ashley piercing done by Eddie. He helped me pick out a beautiful piece while explaining aftercare and the process itself. He was kind and profesional and very proud of his craft. Ive since sent a few people his way and have heard the same feedback from them all. The room itself was well kept and spotless. Recommended all around.

I love Ageless arts I've gotten five of my tattoos at this location and one at the oak park location. Ageless arts is the best! All my friends have gotten tatted here. I love the talented artist and the professionalism they present. Sanitary, friendly safe place to get your tattoos I recommend calling in for an appointment.
