Hello Melissa, Your ex-husband was the one to set up and pay for this cleaning. Louis purchased 8 labor hours and we delivered 12. We worked off a priority list and did what we could and even went the extra mile, 12 to be exact. You left us a voicemail after hours last night and we returned your call this morning and left you a voicemail, you've been unreachable all day. We then gave Louis a call and he said not to worry about you because the agreement wasn't between you and our company, it was between Louis and our company. I don't know how you can say we gave poor customer service when we have never even spoken to you and we went the extra mile by giving four additional hours at no additional cost. Hello Marissa, I am glad you were pleased with our customer service, and the rest of your home looked great (per your original email) except your kitchen table, cabinets, and appliances had dust on them the next day (perhaps the dust resettled) it happens. As much as we strive for perfection, we realize perfection is humanly impossible and a figment of the imagination this is one of many reasons why we offer our Service Quality Guarantee. We will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have rendered, we pledge to correct the problem at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is important to us! However and unfortunately, you took care of these things before reaching out to us, so instead, we credited your account $40 towards any of the services we offer whether it be House Cleaning, Organizing, Carpet or Upholstery Steam Cleaning. Furthermore; You paid for 6 hours, and we informed you that our time starts from arrival to departure. You state "Billy arrived 11:15 a.m, he then called you at 3:53 p.m. letting you know he was going to be done in a half hour so you can come by and do the walkthrough, the walkthrough took an additional 15 mins and completed at 5:16 pm" - that's 6 hrs and 1 min. *** Our GPS tracking system has Billy checking in at your address at 11:09 am, and he checked out at 5:16 pm. - Even though we completed the time you paid, we would have been more than happy to return had you given us the chance to remedy your dissatisfaction. I only give this a 2 star instead of 1 star because the cleaner Billy and the customer service workers were very nice. However, I was charged for 6 hours of service when I really only got about 4.5- 5 hours. They gave me a time frame from 9:00-11:00am but did not show until about 11:15 (they texted me and gave a heads up which was ok) and then I got a call at 3:53 saying that he was going to be done in a half hour so I can come by and do the walk through..thats not 6 hours worth! This is my first house cleaning Ive ever had done, trying to get the house prepared to sell. We did a walk through and everything looked fine and I trusted that what said was done was actually done but its my fault I didnt look closer when doing the walk through. I paid for a DELUXE cleaning, meaning they deep cleaned toilets, wiped down kitchen cabinets, light switch/ outlets cleaned, etc. None of this was done. I noticed the next day when I went to take something down from the top of my kitchen cabinets that there was still all gunk and dust. I also noticed there was still stuff all over my appliances and my kitchen table wasnt even cleaned! I left a review with the company and told them I would never use them again and then they offered a $40.00 credit to my next cleaning. No, I said I would never use your company again, I dont want a credit. So no...I would not recommend using this cleaning company and if you do, I would definitely not recommend paying the extra money for a deluxe cleaning.

We switched to Dynamic Duo after a being with another cleaning company in the area for about 6 months. We couldn't be happier with the change. We have seen the difference from day one. Dynamic Duo has been punctual, respectful, and have gone above and beyond. We have loved having Jonathan, Wes, and Victoria clean our home. Each of them have taken the extra time and mile at our house. We have a 1 year old son and a nutty dog and they have all been so nice. Wes brought up our garbage cans and put them back by our garage as I was home by myself with our son. Victoria took the extra time to play with our son and was really sweet when he wanted to be held and picked up a couple times. Jonathan always made sure to give our dog attention before anything else. He knew he wanted to play. Like I said, we couldn't be happier with our switch to Dynamic Duo.

They exceeded expectations! I have 2 large dogs and a very furry cat that shed. A lot. I came home to a spotless house that smelled so fresh and cleaned and my appliances were sparkling!! I am thrilled and grateful. My husband and I are very busy and this is a big load off our shoulders.

Hello Natalie, it is unfortunate that you could not have the desired outcome availing of our services; we are equally disappointed. Unfortunately, the cleaning package chosen on your end was basic, covering only a certain number of hours, and was limited. The requested cleaning was anything but basic surface cleaning. Instead, the place required a deep cleaning (as your pictures clearly show), and as we tried to explain to your "client," this home needed more time. We mentioned this before we even began to clean (upon arrival), and Your client told us that the expectations were "we want everything spotless." We then tried politely to explain that the expectations were unrealistic and that we would work room by room and focus on priorities, which we did. Unfortunately, the pictures you provided in your review are of rooms/areas we did not get to due to insufficient time. Therefore, these pictures are highly misleading. You then called today inquiring how we would like to move forward before you take some serious steps. That was almost threatening (It was like, you clean the rest for free, or I'll leave you a bad review). And that's what exactly happened. I offered to have us return for additional time. Still, that extra time exceeds the time that you/your client paid for, so it would be an additional fee based on the hourly rate, which was very forthcoming upon hiring us, and your contract also stated this, but you declined. You further told me that you could clean this place in under 2 hours by yourself or something even as big as 5000 sq. ft. in an unrealistic small amount of time, and whether that is true or not, however, highly unlikely; I explained that this home has a lot of build-up of grease, grime, stains, etc., and requires deeper cleaning which requires more time. So again, I am sorry your expectations did not match the package purchased. We did what we could with the time allotted. Respectfully,

Absolutely awful. I hired this company to clean my clients home and I experienced extremely unprofessional customer service and a terrible cleaning job. The excuse was that the cleaner needed "more time" even though they were supposedly there for 4 to 4.5 hours for a 1500sqft home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and no carpets. When I addressed this, they gaslit me and said that the owner is "protective of the cleaners" and that the cleaner "knows better." I have worked with many cleaning companies in the past and which is why I know this isn't normal- and would highly recommend against their services.
