These are scammers targeting the vulnerable- please dont book with them. Trying to get back 2,000 for a relative. Use a fake address in London with calls going abroad somewhere - check Times Travel SE25 on Companies House for so called head office. I dont know how these people sleep at night.

Avoid booking anything with this company complete scam, have taken money and not returned, has been 2 years and still havent received our money back, not booking what is expected, blanked all our calls and avoided all emails. Dealt with Fatimah Kaneez, taken money from elderly woman and a hard working family. Promised us to refund us I still have all the trail of emails and the amount of times I chased. As much as you think this company offer cheaper tickets you will not get what you expected, please try a more trusted company.
