I was planning on making an appointment, but the reviews seemed fake so I did not end up doing so. There is almost 50 5 star reviews from people with 0-3 reviews ever completed, all say "one month ago" and the profile pictures just seem a little fake to me.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Nikki was extremely rude and had awful customer service skills. It almost felt like she was trying to one up me, like she knew she was better or prettier. Please talk to your customers/clients with respect. As rough as times are right now, you never know what someone is going through. Therefore I hope karma doesnt come back to you. I encourage you to spread kindness everywhere you go.

I went in for a service that I booked for a certain price, and was informed there was a special that included an extra service. I asked if the special was included in my price and I was told it was, and while paying I was then charged for the additional service. When I tried to talk to them about being overcharged, they were not helpful and unwilling to call me back. I suggest if you go to this place, make sure you triple check what service you are getting and being charged for. I wont be coming back here due to the lack of customer support.
