Hi McKayla, sorry we weren't able to help you with these shirts, we no longer decorate on small quantities of customer provided apparel and had done these for you in 2020, shortly after we started doing embroidery. The embroidery file that you paid for can be used at any other embroidery shop and we let you know that and sent this file to you right away, so that you can avoid paying another digitizing fee.

We had brought in shirts to be embroidered for our company a year or so ago and was told we had a set up fee to create the embroidery for future shirts, moving forward we would only need to pay per shirt for more embroidery. Called in today to see about having more of our shirts embroidered and was told they no longer accept shirts from customers. We are only allowed to embroider shirts that we purchase from this company. Super frustrated that we paid for the embroidery and now we can't even use it.

I find them difficult to work with. I own a small business that has constant print orders I could be sending their way (wedding signs, invitations, wedding programs, etc). It would be great if they offered some sort of pricing guide, so that I could estimate my clients' costs. D&E will only quote on a job-by-job basis (a grueling process when response times are incredibly slow). I simply asked for pricing info for full letter-size sheets in color and black/white, on standard cardstock. I couldn't even get pricing information on that. To be honest, I worked with them for about a year or so, then switched print shops many years ago. I could never seem to get firm production times & pricing was so fluid. Nothing ever seemed consistent. I am giving up and hopping a town over to get my printing needs met. Now that our beloved UPS is under new management, one thing Brownsburg lacks is a really great print shop!
