Since we have no record of a Simon Bolivar we are wondering if this is a fake, defamatory review. If this is not a fake review we also wonder if perhaps Simon Bolivar meant to review another Moore Tech company, there are several (although ours does appear most dominantly in search results). However, if Simon Bolivar did have a legitimate issue, it is beyond our understanding why this would be the first time we are notified of this, we have never received any calls regarding this billing issue (we don't have a $3.50 recurring service so, again, not sure he has the correct company). We cannot recommend them. We lost almost $7000 before we finally gave up and walked away. We needed a custom Website with a Facebook style feed and a page with calculators for customers to tally their orders by pond type. We provided complete full-color page Mock Ups - with images, titles, text all presented in scale. We got a stacked-up mess that had no spacing and images in all sizes. Since we had paid already we spent the time to edit the stacked pages back to our original Mock Ups. Then we started getting repeated complaints that the editing used up their time, and that this type of work really isn't what they do, and that we should not expect to be able to raise up a Title or adjust sizes, and so on. For the final edit cycle we suddenly got told that it would be weeks until they would send a mock up - one page at a time for approval, before they would do the actual final edit, along with more complaints that this isn't what they do. We made the point that they should have told us this before taking our money. We decided to just walk away, since we didn't want to be tied into working with this type of unprofessional attitude and resistant service. They did offer us a link to what they had produced thus far - if we want to go find another Company to continue with.

As a Joomla website developer, I occasionally have requests from clients that are outside my range of capability. They are courteous, professional, timely and cost effective. I now have them on speed dial, ready to outsource the next Joomla requirement that I don't have the expertise to fulfill.
