I purchased a vehicle from your location on October 17, 2021. Signed papers and had a warranty on the vehicle. Less than a week later, they called me to bring the car in to get the oil changed ya'll promised. I had let Josh know their seemed to be an issue with the car. Another week goes by and I am still having issues. I talk to Paul and was told it was checked by Twin City Nissan and ALL IS GOOD. I go back with a buddy of mine to try to get the car fixed with the issue I was having. Paul took the car to drive it and came back to tell me that it was normal for a CVT Transmission to do this. Paul and his boss said there was nothing wrong with the car. They came back to me on November 6, 2021 with a new contract to sign which did not have a warranty. It was like forcing my hand to sign because I had no other options. Continued issues with the transmission leading up to March 5, 2022. We had to get towed home from Gatlinburg because it seemed that the transmission blew. The next day, the car started working again. I believe the transmission overheated. Continued issues leading up to May 21,2022. Drove the car to Walmart which is 3.2 miles from the house then was going to Domino's which is about a half mile from Walmart. I got to the stop light and the transmission clunked as I left the stop light. Felt like I got hit at 50mph. My point to this post is that they did not offer me any help as I believe they knew the car they sold me was a piece of S#!T!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
Go to CarMax. MUCH easier and more professional. On March 12 I applied for fincancing for a vehicle. The number for payment price was too high and we couldnt make a deal. Little did I know there were over 20 hard inquiries on my credit. A MONTH later Im still receiving letters where they are checking my credit. I called twice over this. The second time I called they used my frustration as an excuse to hang up the phone when they couldnt answer my questions regarding how many times my credit was checked, if theyre still checking my credit and how long would I continue to receive letters regarding credit checks. When I called back even more angry after being hung up on NINO and his manager both challenged me to come to a physical confrontation at their place if business. Literally would just answer the phone and give the address and hang up over and over. Then when forced to answer my questions after repeated calls Nino insults me by demeaning my credit score, my personal protected information given to him by privilege. They refused to acknowledge my credit is still being checked but if its not then how am I receiving notice of credit checks with a higher score than the score I had the day I applied for the vehicle due to current payoffs? I laugh as I text this because I honestly have never experienced anything like it! Each phone call should have been recorded according to the playback. I hope the owner goes back through each one. NEVER go here if you want to be valued. They do not value their customers. They use them, challenge them to physical confrontation, then berate them over their protected personal information lol. I cannot make this up. May be time to contact an attorney.
Had a very bad experience at this company. 2 of the employees were dishonest during the whole process and kept putting us off, not returning our calls, to fix some issues with the car that they said they would fix. They told us it was to late. They then blamed us and said we should have brought the car in sooner even though we had called and tried to set appointments multiple times and got ignored or told they would get back to us soon. Then when this company finally reached out to us several months later they told us to come on in and they would see what they could do. My husband went and took the car to them and then was told they couldnt fix any of issues we were having. What a waste of his time. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else please.
