I went here to get a big chop from bra length to bob. I asked for a sharp asymmetrical Bob with feathered bangs. I walked out of the shop looking halfway decent only to find that the curls were deceitful. After combing through my hair I found that Alicia, LiLi, just hacked my hair off in the general shape that I wanted. She cut my hair as though it was weave which caused some serious blending issues. I called to reschedule but LiLi cancelled on me twice! So, I decided to fix the cut myself. All I did was blend everything together. Still not perfect but it's super hard to cut the back of your head.
