Hello there, unfortunately I must start this reply by stating that I do not believe that there is anyway that you received a price quote for $370 for the services you requested. First I would like to address the fact that your price quote goes directly against our policy which is that our front desk staff do not quote any pricing over the phone. They may state a starting price for the service you request but cannot guarantee that this is the service you will receive once in the salon and will make it clear that your assigned stylist will give you a quote before starting your service in salon. The starting price for a partial highlight in our salon is $90, so a quote of $370 would never be quoted for such service. Our starting prices are clearly listed on our website, and we always offer free in salon consultations. After evaluating your account and seeing that you also reviewed 25 others businesses the same day you reviewed us, and frequent our nearby competitor, I have to say that your intentions are malice. Reviewing a small business without ever actually visiting the business seems extremely unfair. The phone call we received after you saw our reply to your review, where you cussed at our front desk staff and threatened to bash our business to everyone you know, also seems extremely unfair. Spoke to someone on the phone about services and prices. A quote of no less than 370 for shoulder length hair with partial highlights and no cut or style is inconceivable. No way Jose! That wasn't justified during the conversation and the person who answered appeared to present themselves as a manager or someone that made Decisions but she sounded very matter of fact and not at all friendly. On March 29th... After receiving the feedback from the nasty and completely disrespectful and accusatory bitter minded person online I am deciding to take steps to make sure someone like me isn't accused of being a liar. I took a screenshot of my phone log. I called March 23, 2022 at 9:31 a.m. sorry, the truth sucks sometimes. You should take classes in business practices and professional communications. I am not the only 1 star review you have received and I am certain that it won't be the last.
Hey Raquel, as mentioned in your response email from management, to achieve the grey blending you desired, a balayage/babylight service was required. However, we want all of our customers to love their hair! We did inquire about about else needed to be done to achieve this for you and never heard back. Great haircuts but overpriced services and products. The style was nice but not what I asked for, I requested balayage and was given highlights. Emailed managements but it appears they are more concerned defending the staff creative decision rather than helping their customers leave satisfied. Reading through the comments you can see the response trend but thats ultimately their business. You can receive a good style but dont expect to get what you want walking through the door.

Came in for a hair cut and love it, book for a color session with the same stylish even though when I came home a few piece of hair were not cut at length with others not a big deal at all. It can be fix. The second time around, the service were just sup-par. I came to try this salon because of the glowing reviews and that did not 1 bit live up to it in my opinion. I love my color (balayage) and thats about it. My stylish when washing my hair, got water on my face and ears and that was on top of me having a sensitive scalp which was NOT at all a pleasant experience and then a lady took over for about 10 minutes for him and the service was AMAZING! She ask if my scalp was sensitive and if the temp was right and was gentle. My stylish did nothing of that nor did he use any kind of heat protecting or a finishing cream after stylish my hair which make it feels scrunchy and not salon soft at all. I will only come back for the color but probably not with the same stylish again.
