Mr. Chan is simply the best attorney I've ever worked with! If Mr. Chan were an asset-backed security I'd give him an AAA rating. He's exactly what I think people are looking for in an attorney, when they don't want to work with one, but have to. People don't want to need an attorney, so when they do, they want someone trustworthy, candid, personal, professional, honest. Also someone patient. Not someone who likes to throw around a bunch of legal jargon to make you feel like you have to agree when you are not sure you really should. He takes time to work through the details and possible outcomes in ways that make sense, so you know what you are up against before making any decisions. I will recommend him highly to anyone who needs legal help.
