Dont bring your car for service here. They charged me $189 for attempting to try and remove a stuck lug nut that another bmw dealership put on. If they were just going to put a reverse swirl nut and try to remove it i wouldve told them never mind. Literally takes about 3 minutes to attempt. Again a complete waste of my time. They said it will cost $470 to remove it. For $189 they shouldve just drilled it out add removed it. Attempting to remove it shouldve been way less then $189. Thats ridiculous.

I was very disappointed in the service received last week. I came in for routine servicing and a front license plate bracket placement. They did not have the part for the license plate bracket and told me they would call me once it was in. They said I could have it placed later that day or firat thing the next morning. I called at 11 AM the next morning and was told the service agent was not there and I would have to call back on Monday. I went to the dealership to puck uo the bracket and my service agent was there helping another customer. Unfortunately this is the closest BMW dealership to my home, but I am unlikely to return.

Prices are not worth the service. 225$ for engine air filter replacement... This is insane. Filter is available from other BMW dealers for under ~50$.. So ur telling me its 175$ for labor for a 15-20 min job - an hourly rate +700$ for service? C'mon Man!!! Was also quoted 250-280 for Brake flush - NOT happening here.. was done at Lancaster BMW was 153$... I have bought several bmw's from this place and have always brought mine here for servicing. The service dept. has always been decent. The Markups and pricing now are just plain stupid. I do not think I will be returning here (been a customer here since about 2006). They are just not the same place they used to be.
