The worst experience I've had at this place not once multiple times Be careful when you go there to service your car. They ripoff people the worst way possible and take advantage of people who knows nothing about car. I took my car there couple of days ago and they told me my chrysler 2015, 50k mileage 1 engine mount broke also 2 transmission mount broke and to fix I have to pay them 2k I took my car to 3 other mechanics after that and everyone single one of them told me nothing is wrong with my car and they can give me written prove stating that none of which they mentioned is correct I am very disappointed at these people, they are very close to my house and I used service car there for oil changes and other small things. NEVER going back again.

I had an oil change today on my '14 Chrysler Town & Country. The service adviser, Julie, was very pleasant as I waited in the office. When I got home I popped the hood and noticed my power steering fluid was low as well as my coolant being very low. My tires are original and have dry rot on the side walls from the Florida sun. When I asked Julie if the car needed anything, she said "you are all set, the technician would of said something if you needed anything else." I am disappointed that they sent me down the road with just an oil change and did not top off other fluids, besides wish wash fluid. This dealer has a good vibe with loyal employees, but I feel there was something missing today in Quality Control.

I had a fantastic and easy experience buying my Jeep from Scap. John, My sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I had trouble locating the truck that I wanted and kept increasing my search circle. I eventually found the vehicle that I wanted at SCAP! I called the sales team said I was interested in a truck on their lot but asked if they could send pictures as I lived over an hour away and didnt want to waste a few hours driving back and forth. I promptly received about 25 pictures. When it came down to make the deal, Tony, the sales manager, offered to meet me near my house to save me the trip and allow him to see my trade. When I picked up my truck Tony had the paperwork ready to go and and was out of the dealership promptly but not before Pete was able to thoroughly explain the many details of my new truck! Overall a great experience!

I like both the jeep and the Lexus rx 350. Went to jeep dealership first and was so turned off by the service I got, guess I am a black lady so I am broke. I am a RN I saved all my OT money to buy cash, was not doing a plan. Went to lexus dealership the same day, spoke with Josh who welcomed me, he offered me a seat and even some coffee. I bought my truck paid cash and now a happy nurse. Dont judge a book by the cover.
