My son had been going here for years but since Fonz is no longer cutting there is a lack of barbers who are keeping appointments. . Managers should always have access to their employees cell to ensure client satisfaction. Son waited 50 min no way to contact barbers
Good morning Veronica. I apologize for your experience with us. I do remember you coming into the salon for a quick Weave. I also remember having issues because you left your hair at home and then you were unhappy with the closure that you brought in. You were unsatisfied with the fact that the hair in the closure was not laying flat enough for you. I tried a few different ways to assist in getting it as flat as possible, but the roots to the closure was thick and short and I could not use water not wrap lotion because the closure was glued. I then informed you on what to do to correct the matter at home. Were you at least satisfied with the cleanliness of the salon, the music selection, our level of professionalism & our level of educating you?

Worst hair experience ever from a shop. I would never recommend or go back but my appointment was at the location on fond du lac with the owner so I can't say for other locations and the other stylists.
My first time booking an appointment with Prenasis Hair Gallery and I booked with Latoya for starter locs. It was my first time going with that style and I have to say, Latoya did a nice job styling my hair. I appreciated her checking in on me while I waited for my turn and also loved our conversations while she styled my hair. Latoya is a wise and strong lady that gives good advice on both hair and life lessons. I look forward to working with Latoya again. Overall, the place had a chill atmosphere along with positive vibes. Not to mention playing good songs throughout the shop.
I had a 12:00 appointment today with Latoya,I was very insecure about my hair, patches and spots were missing.Not only did she make me feel good inside by telling me she got me and she did!!! I absolutely recommend her especially if your hair is damaged,she also talks to you,crack jokes and ask you serveral times during the appointment how you feel,did that hurt,how u want you hair,she is truly genuine and cares about her clients

First time. Not satisfied at all! Did not notice how bad the sew in was until I got home. I showed a pic of the style I wanted and what I got did not come close! I felt like I had someone training on my hair. Very disappointed.
