Took our car to Ferris for a tire rotation. My husband had marked one of the tires because it had been punctured in the past and wanted to keep an eye on it. It was in the same position on the car when I brought it home! Ferris refused to refund the money and was condescending on the phone. They did offer a free rotation, but we live 25 miles away. We will no longer use Ferris to service our cars.

Visited on a Saturday around noon looking at trucks. Got out of my vehicle looked at some trucks and no sales person even checked if I needed or wanted to drive anything. Not impressed happen at both lots.
