Hi Aniko. Thank you for your feedback and for your loyalty for the past 11 years. We are very disappointed to hear that you were not pleased with your most recent encounter with Beautiful Angels as our client care and satisfaction is always our number one priority. As a professional organisation we exercise a strict cancellation policy which states that a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required for all of our clients. If this notice is not met then a fee is requested to cover the valuable time and resources that could have been spent with a paying customer. On this particular day in question however, we appreciated that the weather conditions prevented some of our clients from being able to travel to the salon and so we decided to waiver the typical 24 hour notice period for those clients that called to notify us of their not being able to make their appointments. This allowed us to squeeze in some of our other clients into the diary who wouldve otherwise not been able to make it due to us being fully booked. However, the cancellation fee did still occur for those clients who did not turn up to their appointments without prior notice which is why in this instance a charge would have been made. It always saddens us to see someone leave the salon and we wish you all the best for the future.

I had been visiting this salon for 11 years, always happy with Heather's service but when I could not get my car out of the garage because of the snow, the salon wanted to charge me the full price of my treatment I was not able to make. Loyalty? Understanding? It would have been just an earcandle and eyebrow tint, half an hour service. Is it such a big loss? During the years it got overpriced targeting wealthy customers in the surrounding Sunningdale area. The price they charge does not reflect on the value you get.

I booked in for a facial on 9th April 2022. Sadly this was the worst facial I have ever experienced in my entire life. The service was so poor from start to finish. I was left in the treatment rooms for 12 minutes whilst the therapist waited for me to get onto the bed and under towel I called for her a number of times to say I was ready but did not receive a response. She returned and stunk of of tuna so I assumed she just went away to eat. She then said she had to go out for some cloths and left the room again. This time on her return she attempted to open the door but seemed as though shed locked herself out, 5 minutes later she returned and used a key to let herself back in. Imagine if there had been a fire - I would have been trapped. No apology just a shrug off comment door locked itself haha The treatment itself was bland, lacklustre and did not include any massage despite that being detailed as part of the treatment. The worst part though, the therapist wore a material bangle that had frayed at the end, as she moved around my face it would enter my nostril. Totally unhygienic- how can that be covid safe?! To top it off, therapist ended the treatment 10 minutes early! I was coming back on 11th April for my nails and decided to pass on my feedback then. I know this to be a good independent business and didnt want to not pay for one bad experience due to an awful therapist. I returned on the Monday and asked if I could speak to a manager as Id had a really disappointing facial on the Saturday. sorry she isnt in today just email us. I accepted perhaps this is the tone at the salon. My manicure and pedicure were both good although took a very long time. I paid for all treatments and decided never to return again. Id hate for anyone else to experience the unhygienic and truly poor quality facial as I did; perhaps this is a good nail salon and thats just it.

As soon as you walk through the door you get a sense that this is like no other beauty spa, the building, rooms and the atmosphere were relaxed, peacful and made you want to stay. I had my treatment with Laura the owner who was very calm polit and friendly and you didnt feel uncomfortable or made to feel like you have to make conversation. I loved it. You really have to go to see for yourself! Have already booked my second treatment and have recommended it to friends and family.
