Wow! Horrible service. Watched two tables that came after us get thier orders taken, while we waited over 15 minutes for nothing. Waved for service and girl kept walking. So, yah never going back.

We had heard that the food here was amazing so we were excited to go. The wait staff was nice. But the forgot to put my soup order in. The ribeye sandwich was very tasty, but there was aluminum foil in it. (maybe from the grill?) I told the waitress just to give her a heads up about it so maybe it didn't happen to the next person but she took it off the bill & gave us a free cookie (amazing cookie BTW) which was very nice of her. I understand that alot of places are having problems finding help so maybe the errors could be chalked up to being short staffed. We plan to give them another shot in a couple months but based off this visit I can only say Chef Rick's is just OK. Hopefully I can change that to amazing after our next visit.
