You wouldnt be welcomed back to our salon as you were extremely abusive to our young stylist who politely told you our shop policy has to be that you wear a mask. All clients are phoned before appointments to remind them of this and all staff wear masks at all times. You are lying and it is on camera if you wish to contest this again. We are under surveillance from environmental health whos rules are face masks are mandatory just now because of our close contact services. Please dont ever step foot in our salon again as we do not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards staff. We understand how hard this pandemic has been for all however, bad manners/language and threats WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Came for my appointment on Tue 27/04/21, I arrived early sat for 10 mins only to be told by Danielle that I had to go home, as I could not wear a mask due to my medical condition. I had my hair cut previously by her before Christmas, and she knew about my condition. Why? when I made the ordinal phone call was I not told she would not take me? why is she going about the salon with no mask on? Total waste of my time and effort going there, will not go back. If you have a condition that says that you cannot wear a mask, dont bother going as you will be sent away with your tail between your legs. NOT HAPPY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING.

had my first haircut since lockdown at kano's with a lovely irish guy (wish I had got his name - think it was gerald). anyway he was clearly exhausted after a flood of customers but hacked away at 9 months worth of hair and did a fantastic job. extremely pleased with it. was good to chat to as well. would highly recommend this place
