My usual nationwide off of Happy Valley got my trial contacts in but doesnt have a class until the end of this month when I am moving so they told me to call around to other nationwides to see if they had a training class for my trial contacts sooner this was my 3rd one calling she answered then put me on hold for 11 minutes then told me I had to do my training class with the nationwide I originally went to I explained that is not what they said or any of the other nationwides and she then said i dont know and hung up. Very frustrating and horrible customer service.

Amazing Customer Sevice! I highly recommend 75th Ave and McDowell Rd location! After experiencing less than stellar service at another location, I ended up here. Teecha the Manager is so wonderful!!! She and the doctor are very helpful and kind. They go over and beyond to get you taken care of and I appreciate them greatly!

Went in for an eye exam and a pair of new glasses. Exam went fine and I picked out a frame and went through the entire process of ringing up the glasses. The person helping me with the frames even made note of what adjustments might need to be made to the glasses when they come in. 3 weeks later Ive heard nothing about my glasses so I decided to call and check on their status. Turns out they never even ordered my glasses and somehow dont even show that I picked out frames. So now even if I did go back Id be waiting another 2-3 weeks, assuming they even order them. Save yourself the time and trouble, go somewhere else.
