Hi Quy. Sorry to hear about this experience. It would be good to understand exactly what happened as we are able to do it but it is a clunky process as our online store and retail stores systems are different. They should have been able to offer you a refund provided you had the receipt. You would then have to repurchase the product you wanted. You cannot exchange or return footwear bought online in the store. One of the staff members was complaining loudly in an annoyed tone how much easier it would be if customers did their returns by post. Her customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No. What would be easier is if customers were able to exchange or return online purchases in store. Customers are limited to 3 at a time. The other staff there were lovely.

I didnt like the customer service when I went into the shop. I found some of the staff quite abrupt and not very helpful. I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company and all 3 were the wrong sizing and just not suitable for me which is quite disappointing.

I have too many shoes from here. My feet feel very free. I wish I could feel the earth with my bare feet but the shoes from here are the next best thing. (Little update) I go here every year to grab my vivos, this time I was lucky to meet Jim and Frank, absolutely amazing customer service, Jim especially you made my day
Amazing service from Jim and Aga to myself and my partner and both being so patient as we took a while each finding the style we wanted. The shoes are super comfy and it's nice to know once we get home we still have 100 days to trial them.
Great concept but shoes are of poor quality. Got a pair and the drawstring broke within 6months! When I enquired about a repair they said 'we do not offer repairs to Primus models unfortunately, this is due to the material as there is a risk of this splitting.' Do not advertise or even sell shoes at risk of breaking so quickly and then marketing as an eco-friendly company.. Honestly extremely disappointed with quality and service or lack of shall I say.
