I seen a couple employees from Ace Follow a gentleman out of the store yelling at him harassing him, getting in his face trying to start a fight. It was very unprofessional and An unsafe environment.I was able to get glimpse of One of the guys names of "Will". Will looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen!! I was able to catch up with the gentleman a few moments laterAnd I asked him what that was all about. He told me he was having a mild asthma attack and he had forgotten his inhaler at home. So he took his mask just slightly below his nostrils and they went crazy. I asked him well then how come they weren't socially distancing then and only standing inches a far?If they were so scared of the virus and freaking out about you havingYour asthma attackWhy?

The location of this place makes the store a bit of a monopoly for most of Palo alto, Stanford, and surrounding communities, or at least for those of us whose main transportation is not a car. This factor magnifies any of the customer-unfriendly decisions and policies this store may take, and not price matching their own online listings is one of these decisions. I headed to the store to buy a specific item that they had in stock at a slightly higher price than Home Depot. I chose to ride my scooter instead of driving my car to the slightly farther away Home Depot, because environment. However, when I got to Ace, I saw that their in-store price was higher than online, and quite a bit more expensive than the Home Depot listing. I asked the staff to price match their own website, but they refused. Which made me order the item I needed online just to pick it up right back there a few minutes later. Such an asinine rule serves only to be inconvenient for the customer, and doesn't save anybody any money or time. Get better, Ace.
The staff here are delightful and inventory is plentiful. Thankful to have this as an excellent substitute for Lowe's and Home Depot. Strongly recommend!
Not satisfied with selling defective hardware ACE declined replacing the defective part. Ozan and Noah probably need a bit of customer service training as for $2.59 ACE lost a customer for life. Everything I bought from this store/brand has been subpar, breaking early or rusting right away. But if they don't even stand behind their junk then it's to move on.
