4 feet long shower frameless glass enclosure required a support bar. They charged me at least 3 times of the actual cost of the bar; and, did not even bother to attach it to a stud. Instead the bar was attached to the sheetrock. After I pointed to the problem the manager first was dismissive saying that the sheetrock will hold the bar and there is no need to find the stud; and, in his experience a stud finder is not reliable to find the stud behind the tile in a shower; and they not even use he stud finder anymore. Then he agreed to fix it but only for my expense.

Mr. Williams, I apologize. Your bad experience was my fault completely. I am hesitant to try to do a customers job using their own screening materials in case there is damage to the customers screen or the materials dont fit. And we never do screening in the field - we always bring the screen frames to our shop. That meant we would have to come out to your house and pick your materials up and bring them to our shop and fix them and then return them to your house. We would have to charge way too much travel time and labor for such a small job. We have always done screening in our shop. And for those people willing to bring their frames in to us, it's inexpensive. Im glad you found a company willing to come out and do the job at your house. Again I am sorry for your experience. They have kinda of a attitude about things and just seem as don't want to help do nothing. So I won't ever call or try to get help putting glass back I will just take anything that I need help with to Johnson glass on hwy 24 in trinity from now on. I knew better to start with but was closer to these people so was going to try them but wish I wouldn't have.

I can not thank you all enough. Between the initial call and the time that they were able to install the new window was so fast, I think it was a little over 10 days that we had to wait for our replacement window to come in. Other places were saying 6-8 weeks and charging a ton of money. They are reasonably priced and the staff is very nice. Keith Lyell and Devin Dunn came to do my install today and they both were very nice, professional, clean and fast. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job! I will definitely recommend you to others.

Overall, my shower door installation was good. There were a couple minor issues. But, North Alabama Glass quickly and without hesitation remedied the situation. The technicians (Kevin and Nick) were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The sales representative (Christy) did an excellent job assisting me through the process. I recommend this company for your glass needs.
