On 12/21/21 my husband took in 10 tablecloths from our church to be cleaned. We have a budget at our church so my husband asked what the price would be. The lady at the counter said she did not know bc she needed to first check the footage of the tablecloths and would let him know. We get a call a few days later saying they were cleaned and the total would be $220!!!! We called and spoke to her saying we could have taken them elsewhere for less money if she would have let us know prior to cleaning. She apologized for that, but said we still had to pay the amount.

We actually have a locker here and they used to do a very nice job. Lately, when we've picked up our items, they are NOT pressed and covered in wrinkles. We just picked up three items (in a group of 13) that were to be pressed only and are covered in wrinkles. Very disappointed, need to find somew more quality and consistent.
